Experience a one-of-a-kind tintype portrait session with Lisa Elmaleh, artist, visual storyteller, and Guggenheim Fellow. Each 45-minute sitting—available for individuals or couples—takes place outdoors and results in a stunning 8”x10” tintype portrait. Before or after the session, explore Elmaleh’s award-winning work in the exhibition American Folk: Tintype Portraits of Appalachian Musicians, on view in the MSV’s Glen Burnie House.
$325 per session (includes MSV admission). Space is limited. Completed portraits will be varnished and available for pickup at the MSV after August 14. Advance registration is required; visit www.theMSV.org or call 540-662-1473, ext. 240.
