Adult Group Tours

Located just minutes from I-81, the MSV is the destination to add to your group’s Shenandoah Valley trip. Guided tours of the permanent Collection as well as special changing exhibitions are offered year-round. In addition, garden tours are available April through December.

Group Tours are available: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Note: because the Museum tends to be crowded on Wednesdays, we do not offer Group Tours on Wednesdays.

Group Tour Request Form

To make your reservation, please submit the Group Tour Request Form. Reservations are required for all Group Tours. Because the Museum tends to be crowded on Wednesdays, we do not offer Group Tours on Wednesday. Free Wednesday admission applies to individuals and families only.

Reservations

* Reservations are required for all Group Tours, including Wednesday visits.
* A discounted rate of $10 per person is offered for a guided Group Tour of 10 guests or more. This rate also applies on Wednesdays or other discounted-admission days.
* Discounted rates and guided tours are available for adult and student groups of 10 or more.

Fees and Deposits

* A discounted rate of $10 per person is offered for a guided Group Tour of 10 guests or more.
* A 50% deposit of the total admission fee for the Group Tour is due upon confirmation. Individuals in a group may not pay separately.
* The final 50% of the total admission fee for the Group Tour is due two weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival date.
* To receive the group discount, one payment is required. Individuals in a group may not pay separately.

Refunds and Cancellations

* Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
* Refund of your deposit is available if the cancellation is made three weeks in advance of the date of the visit. No refunds are available after that time.
* Refunds or balance adjustments are not given for absentees or reduced numbers once your final payment is received.
