Celebrate National Poetry Month with this special workshop designed to jump-start attendees’ writing and challenge them to write quickly and share confidently. Poetry, like visual art, connects people across time and place. Using art in the MSV galleries for inspiration, participants will try their hand at writing poetry with the help of street poet and writer Joseph M. Jablonski. Bring a favorite notebook or use a manual typewriter (provided by the instructor).
