Learn the art of Pocketsketching™—a way to paint in watercolor using a compact kit of inexpensive materials. Artists of all skill levels welcome. This two-session workshop will be led by Pocketsketching™ instructor Susan Merila. For ages 18 & older.

Susan Merila
Susan Merila is a retired army counterintelligence officer. Since 2001 she has focused on watercolor. She studied at The Drawing Studio, and with Kath Macaulay, both in Tucson, AZ, where she became a certified Pocketsketching™ instructor. Susan has taught watercolor workshops regionally, at the Chautauqua Institution in NY, and in her home studio in Middletown, VA.
