Learn what it means to be a naturalist in this fun, week-long camp for ages 8 and up. Participants will explore all the different parts of the MSV Trails and formal gardens to observe and identify wildlife, conduct scientific tests and research, and enjoy nature-based crafts and activities.
MSV members: $120; all others $140. Registration required by June 14.
Daniel Curry Schiavone is the MSV’s manager of youth and family programs. He holds a B.A. in art from the University of North Carolina in Asheville where his emphasis was on sculpture. Prior to joining the MSV staff, Schiavone was an elementary and middle school art teacher at the Powhatan School.
