During this virtual program, MSV Curator of Collections Nick Powers will discuss tea kettles and teapots in the MSV collection, MSV Horticulturist Chantal Ludder will share how herbal tea is made, and Laura Kerr Wiley, MSV director of community engagement and baking enthusiast, will demonstrate how to bake scones using a recipe from the 1931 edition of the Joy of Cooking cookbook (a facsimile of this cookbook is on view in the 1930s kitchen display in the Museum’s Shenandoah Valley Gallery & available in the Museum Store).
