Free for artists of all ages and organized by the MSV, the coloring sheet for this year’s First Night Winchester Coloring Contest is inspired inspired by characters from the Marvel Universe on view in Marvelocity, the New Year’s Eve apple drop in Old Town Winchester, and a 2.4-mile family fun run scheduled for New Year’s Day on The Trails at the MSV.
Entries will be grouped in the following categories: tot (4 & under), child (5–7), youth (8–12), teen (13–17), adult (18–59), and senior (60+). One winner in each category will receive a one-year family membership to the MSV ($90) value, a package of McDonald’s gift cards, two tickets for a free movie and the Alamo Drafthouse Winchester (free popcorn, too!), and Marvelocity-related merchandise from the Museum Store. One entry per person. To be eligible to win a prize, you must bring (or mail) your completed coloring sheet to the guest Services Desk in the MSV galleries building by 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2023. The MSV is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday (closed on Mondays, Thanksgiving, and December 24 & 25). Contest winners will be contacted on December 30. The six winning entries will be on display in the MSV Lobby on December 31 during First Night Winchester!
Free coloring sheets will be available at the MSV Guest Services Desk or can be downloaded here. Entries must be returned (mail or drop off) by December 28, 2023.
