MSV Policies on Online Purchases and Covid-19 Updates
Gardens at Night: no refunds; online ticket sales are final. Tickets are not transferrable between concerts.
Bulb Sale Purchases: no refunds; all sales are final.
COVID-19 Update: Face masks or face coverings are welcome, but not required inside MSV buildings or while participating in MSV programs. Participants in onsite programs acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and are voluntarily participating. If you are feeling at all unwell or have any flu like symptoms (cough, aches, sore throat, fever, etc.) please notify us that you will not be attending the program and the MSV will issue a full refund.
Photography: While at the MSV, you may be filmed, videotaped, and/or photographed by an MSV employee or contract photographer. Your attendance/program participation serves as permission for the use of your image by the MSV and its constituents.
