Glen Burnie House: Classical at the MSV

Enjoy an afternoon concert in the drawing room of the Glen Burnie House featuring works composed by Franz Joseph Haydn, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Jean Sibelius performed by string trio including artistic director and violist Nadège Foofat, violinist Ellen Jewett, and cellist Alán Saucedo Estrada.

The event includes an intimate pre-concert talk with the artists and a wine-and-cheese reception following the performance. Pre-concert talk begins at 2 p.m.; the performance begins at 2:30 p.m.

The concert will feature the following works:

• Franz Joseph Haydn String Trio No.8 in B-flat Major  (15 min)
• Ludwig van Beethoven String Trio in E-flat Major (39 min)
• Jean Sibelius Suite for String Trio (13 min)
