The MSV invites you to join President & CEO of the Jackie Robinson Foundation Della Britton for a Business Forum Encore Presentation. An expert on non-profit organizational strategy, Ms. Britton will discuss principles, best practices, and strategies that help organizations maximize positive social impact on communities. The presentation will also spotlight success stories and the empowering effects embodied in the mission of the Jackie Robinson Foundation.

About Della Britton and the Jackie Robinson Foundation: Della Britton is president & CEO of the Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF), a national, non-profit organization that promotes higher education and the values of sports and civil rights icon Jackie Robinson. Over the past 12 years, Britton has led JRF's expansion into what The New York Times calls “one of the best educational efforts [of its kind]." Growing the endowment and building creative partnerships, such as with Strada Education Network and Major League Baseball, Britton spearheaded an increase in scholarship funding by over 100%, enhanced program offerings and developed a research arm. Today under her leadership, JRF is halfway through, a $42 million campaign to build the Jackie Robinson Museum in New York City. An entertainment sector lawyer for most of her career, Ms. Britton served as assistant general attorney for the American Broadcasting Companies (ABC), Inc. and president of Hillside Broadcasting, LLC, and AJM Records, LLC. She is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia Law School and the recipient of numerous leadership and community service awards.


Refunds for Programs and Special Events: Programs are held rain, snow, or shine, unless notified otherwise. Cancellations 5 days prior to the program or event date will be refunded, less 20% of the registration fee ($5 minimum). No refunds will be given for cancellations made 1-4 days prior to the program/event date.  Allow ten business days for refund processing. Programs cancelled by the MSV due to low enrollment or inclement weather conditions will be refunded in full or given a full credit towards a future program to be used within the year.
