Join artist Mort Künstler at this reception celebrating the MSV opening of Mort Künstler: The Art of Adventure. Known today for his meticulously researched historical paintings, Mort Künstler is a prolific illustrator who has worked on a broad spectrum of assignments for more than sixty years. On view at the MSV from May 9 through August 2, 2015, Mort Künstler: The Art of Adventure will highlight Künstler’s career with the display of more than 70 works. Don’t miss this special after-hours event! Mort Künstler: The Art of Adventure has been organized by the Norman Rockwell Museum, Stockbridge, Massachusetts. The exhibition’s display at the MSV is generously sponsored by Beyer Volvo and Volkswagen of Winchester and The Winchester Star.
